ABOUT US
Dr Neil and Pastor Avril Kleynhans are the founding spiritual father and mother of House of the Father Nelspruit, established in 2006 in the heart of the majestic low veld region, House of the father is only one extension of their International ministry, On Eagles Wings International Prophetic Ministries, which expands over the world in countries such as the USA, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Dr Neil and Pastor Avril felt the need to open a home base after 30 years of ministry travel and settled down in Nelspruit after God gave them the vision to start a place of refuge for the prodigal sons and daughters.
​
House of the Father provides a safe and caring home for those sons and daughters to receive the healing and counseling they so desperately seek in the world, while also teaching and equipping them to go back into the world to save souls for the kingdom of God.

Why We Exist

To Glorify God:
Firstly and foremost is that we desire to reflect our Heavenly Father—His character, attributes and His Kingdom.

To Make Christ Known:
By proclaiming His Gospel and establishing that the ultimate purpose in life can only be found in a personal true “covenant-relationship” with Jesus, as our personal Lord, Savior, Master and King of Glory. Establishing in all a life of submission to Him. Being the incarnate Word we call all men to and the written Word that we proclaim.

The Prodigals:
Returning the prodigal sons and daughters to the house of the father.
WHAT WE DO
Acts 2:42, They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

House of the Father is an Apostolic-Prophetic ministry, where we focus on equipping and establishing the Believer Priest in Christ in their individual ministry role's within the Kingdom of God.
We desire for each of our leaders to experience the joy of receiving personal prophecy—fresh words from heaven, spoken over them, which serve to encourage and edify. Through prophetic words, we want men and women to be empowered to serve God in greater ways and to leave our prophetic events as leaders with smiles on their faces and confidence in their hearts that God has spoken.

OUR COMMUNITY
We offer our members many different opportunities to get involved in community development projects.

Our Social committee coordinates fundraisers and outreaches within the community.
​
Our members are encouraged and trained to help those in need.
​
Through outreach ministries in hospital visitations, Homeless shelters and orphanages, senior citizen and youth programs.

FIND YOUR FAITH
In times of disappointment, heartache, sickness, or discontent, when the storms of life are raging all around, God sometimes feels very far away. How could He have let this happen? Why isn’t He doing something, right now, to stop it or fix it? He could have prevented this storm and He didn’t. And so, we angrily cry out, “Lord, don’t you care?”
If we are not currently experiencing a time of difficulty, or time of doubt and uncertainty, get ready, because as Jesus assures us in John 16:33 (NLT), we will: “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world!”
